DT Swiss recently announced what you could call a “voluntary recall” regarding the now notorious EXP ratchet engagement issues. I took them up on it and sent my hub out 2 weeks ago, and exactly 14 days later I got it back. Is it fixed? I don’t know yet, but here’s a view of what was done during the repair.
UPDATE 08.10.2021: My "repaired" hub now has about 600km of riding done, and it still skips ever so slightly on occasion. No total disengagement, but certainly not as reliable as the old design was.
